(1) Register your details on our website
(2) Meet with us either at our city or Paradise offices to go over available options that suit you
(3) Inspect the property you like most to make sure it suits your needs
(4) Provide 2 forms of ID (Passport/Drivers licence) & Confirmation of your study (CoE or Student ID)
(5) Complete a contract signing either in office or electronically
(6) Pay a bond and initial rent amount to bring you in line with our rental cycle
(7) Confirm your key collection date and time
(8) Partake in a short induction on the date you collect your keys
(9) Enjoy moving in!
