Most of Student Rooms properties are located in the ‘city fringe’ meaning they are not in the city centre, but suburbs surrounding it.

Unlike larger metropolitan cities, Adelaide’s residents live in suburbs surrounding the CBD (Central Business Centre).

While there are city apartments, they come at a premium and without many amenities.

Our properties are large, fully furnished homes with typically 4-5 bedrooms, lounge area, kitchen, bathroom(s), laundry and backyard.

This makes for comfortable living in a family environment.

All houses are located near efficient public transportation and approximately 5 – 20 minutes travel to universities located in the CBD.
