Student Rooms started in 2010 with a simple idea: to provide a smarter option for student accommodation in Adelaide.

Previously, students were faced with a choice between a high-rise building at an even higher price, or a private rental with a stressful and competitive application process. So we built an alternative: real student share houses across Adelaide.

Today we look after hundreds of students a year across more than 30 residences in Adelaide. Not to mention the thousands of previous housemates that have helped to create a vibrant student community in each of our homes.

We’re still locally-owned and operated. And we still price our rooms so that smart students can spend their money on something more interesting than a marketing budget.

I lived in Student rooms, Paradise. For me, was the best location to live in, as I could literally go anywhere I wanted in a few minutes via O-Bahn route and it's only 1 minute walk from the house.
