Room for a different style of student housing in Adelaide

Student Rooms started in 2010 with a simple idea: to provide a smarter option for student accommodation in Adelaide.

Previously, students were faced with a choice between a high-rise building at an even higher price, or a private rental with a stressful and competitive application process. So we built an alternative: real student share houses across Adelaide.

Today we look after hundreds of students a year across more than 30 residences in Adelaide. Not to mention the thousands of previous housemates that have helped to create a vibrant student community in each of our homes.

We’re still locally-owned and operated. And we still price our rooms so that smart students can spend their money on something more interesting than a marketing budget.

When you apply for a room, your message always reaches a real person. The Student Rooms team is small enough that you’ll often deal with the same person from your first enquiry through to move-in day.

We’re available by phone, email, WhatsApp or WeChat. We reply to every enquiry within 48 hours, but often much faster.

If you’re in Adelaide, we would also be happy to meet in person at our office. We’re based in the city centre of Adelaide on North Terrace.

Glen founded Student Rooms after having amazing student experiences abroad, and wanted to create the same opportunity in Adelaide.

Operations Manager

Justin is your go-to person at Student Rooms, helping you feel at home and resolve any unexpected things that come up. He’ll sort it!

Keiron the man working behind the scenes to make Student Rooms run smoothly. He’s our jack of all trades.
